Return Policy
You deserve to have an exciting and rewarding life. Inthira or her team will coach you through these life changing values. All we ask is you commit to be present at the event or join in the coaching. If you merely dedicate to doing that, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. So, decide to capitalize on who you are, what you are capable of, and what you get to adore out of this life. We know you can accomplish, Inthira knows you can succeed, but what matters is YOU knowing you can succeed; promise and DO IT!
A) PRODUCTS AND GOODS
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You have 7-days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on or before the 7th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 7th day of purchase, no refund will be issued.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You have 7-days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return an item. If the request is received on or before the 7th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request, you will receive a full refund; otherwise no refund will be issued. We will cover return shipping on orders within Peninsular Malaysia (any orders outside the Peninsular Malaysia are responsible for all return shipping, tariff, custom or other related charges).
- CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.
3. EXCHANGES
We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products. If, however, you have received an item that is defective or was damaged prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. If this occurs, please send us an email at support@inthiramunion.com, and instructions will be provided for returning the defective or damaged merchandise.
